What it all boiled down to was, there are a lot of Spyware software choices that in fact will infect your computer with Trojans. So for the $29.95 you will learn which Spyware software is real. Don't waste your money! If you are concerned about Spyware and protecting your computer, the following software will do this for FREE.

First Choice being the most user friendly:

Second Choice would be either one of the following.
SpywareBlaster

Spybot - Search & Destroy


Warning! There are some crooked companies that show a pop-up offering a Free Spyware check. Avoid these!  At least one of these companies is being pursued by the Federal Trade commission for Fraud. These free test will often show false results in order to get you to buy their software.

One thing I do not like about Spyware Software and name brand Anti Virus software is, they list Alexa as malicious spyware. This is absolutely bogus!!! Malicious spyware is infects your system via no choice either by downloading software that has this nasty stuff secretly embedded or from accidentally clicking a malicious pop-up that will download to your hard drive.
Alexa happens to be one of the Worlds Best Pop-up stoppers  and Browser Plug-in. The only way you can get it is Voluntary. You have to go to Alexa to download it on purpose. Where as true malicious spyware is usually imbedded and you inherit it via no choice by simply surfing or downloading software with spyware embedded. Alexa makes research 10 times easier and is an extremely valuable time saving tool. If you have Alexa and want to keep it functional, be sure to uncheck it if it shows up with your spyware checker.
